The ANZ
The ANZ (my bank, incidentally) have spent a lot of time and money on changing their logo recently.

This does not change the fact, in any way whatsoever, that they are still a pack of useless fucking cunts.

Speaking of companies changing logos Telecom NZ has a sparkling new one too. I wonder if ANZ will introduce it over here.They are my bank too and i find them ok.

they've stuffed up my mortgage and it's taken over a week and a half and they have still not responded to the problem. I have called four times, each time they say someone will call within 4 days, within 10 days, within 24 hours, within 48 hours, and noone ever does. the call has been escalated and still no contact or resolution. and they want to charge me $350 to fix the problem.

what bank are you with Blackie? there can't be many left to choose from.Hopefully it is not Northern Rock didn't they go belly up.

Apropos of nothing... Until they released that album and I saw the name written down, I always thought the band was, "Breast Secreting Cake". Says more about me than bFM presenters' diction, I suspect.

It was Breast Secreting Cake, but the record companies/labels/marketing/etc forced/persuaded them to change their name to Bressa Creting Cake and the band members each took one of the words as their surnames. Stink, eh?

One of the guys is now in Goldenhorse.

I vote American Express as the worst financial institution to deal with. They are so bad it's funny. One example (of many): Last time I moved house, it took me two calls to get them to change my mailing address (because, apparently, "the card people have a different customer database to the Amex Rewards" people"). About two weeks later I received a correspondence from the Amex marketing homos asking me how I thought they had handled my problem... which of course they sent to the old address. I rang them up (laughing by this stage). "Oh", they said, "the marketing [homos] have their own customer database". You couldn't script this shit...
